Wyvern Magic is a CRM marketing database software tool widely used by a spectrum of clients from publishing and events to retail and mail order. It is essentially a fully relational, affordable marketing database software suite.
Wyvern Magic delivers a customisable and easy to use CRM tool which incorporates the functionality delivered by the higher priced packages on the market. We provide 3 software service options: On-Premise, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Combination of On-Premise and SaaS. Each scenario uses Wyvern Magic as the bedrock application.
As well as the standard single customer view, selection, reporting and campaign manager modules, our software offers the following additional benefits, all of which is customisable to suit:
Import Email Response Information - Retrieve open and click information to store alongside campaign codes
Wyvern Magic smooths the way for marketing managers to easily select and extract their email data for upload to the chosen email broadcast partner. The email broadcast partner will offer many good campaign reports which are focused on their transmission of that message. But most importantly Wyvern will arrange for automatic retrieval of email response from the clients chosen email broadcast partner, storing on the central marketing database. This will allow for true return on investment reporting where ROI reports will include both the mailing cost, quantities and revenue generated.
Store Web Page Impressions - Automatically retrieve heatmap information
Automatic feeds can be set up to import customer registrations, link click information and transactional feeds. Live status information can then be used to formulate contact strategies (create link to CS) which automatically drives campaign output or individual client communication.
Web Access Module - Enterprise wide access to Wyvern Magic via a web browser. It is ideal for transient sales force, or access from remote sites
We provide 3 software service options:
- On-Premise. Wyvern Magic is installed on-site. This solution is preferred by those who want to keep their data in-house. It also provides powerful marketing tools such as campaign management and predictive purchasing.

Software as a Service (SaaS). Wyvern hosts the database and provides the client with web access. This provides marketing functionality as well as sales force automation and enterprise wide access. We can act as system administrators, housekeepers and also as provide bureau services for any job production that you may have. These are all add-ons and are not essential.

Combination of On-Premise and SaaS. You host the On-Premise version of Wyvern Magic and provide satellite offices or sales teams with SaaS web access.
Predictive Purchasing Module - Upsell to customers based on customer wide purchase history
Predictive Purchase is a perceptive tool that will offer customers a range of products that they are most likely to buy next. Based on the most recent purchase, Wyvern Magic will analyse all customer purchasing habits to offer a relevant choice. The resulting information can be made available to your web site to intelligently drive sales.
Contact Strategy Module - Automate your marketing to deliver customer driven campaign response
The Contact Strategy Module enables you to create contact strategies based on customer behaviour. It is a massively powerful tool that can be used to set-up and automate communications with contacts - for example contacts that click through on a course email, but do not compete the registration page.
The key benefits of Contact Strategies are to:
- Minimise marketing involvement through the automation of repetitive tasts
- Deliver true CRM through event driven marketing
- Schedule automatic refresh of key system selections
Communications are based on the scheduled running of a predefined selections. The response can be:
